All consumers -- regardless of where they live -- who book their vacations through a travel agency, online retailer or tour operator registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) are eligible to apply to the Compensation Fund governed by TICO for a refund in the unlikely event of the demise of a supplier.
