- Private Nanny Services - services provided by Cancun Nancy service, a member of the International Nanny Association offering qualified, certified, bilingual and friendly childcare professionals.
Nanny Service provides up to 3 children ages 2-17 for an included 3 hours per day, between 7am-12am. If you wish to extend hours/ or any additional children you may do so at additional cost, which must be paid directly at the resort.
Specific scheduling requests and times will be honored based on availability at the time of reservation. Reservations must be made directly at the resort upon check-in.
Priority Access: Parents enjoy priority access to Kids Club for faster drop off and ease of pick up.

Golf Package includes unlimited rounds of golf per adult, per stay. All adults sharing the same room must pay the golf package rate. It cannot be sold separately. Unused rounds of golf due to weather conditions or for any other reason are non refundable. No rain checks will be provided. Golf package applies to guests paying the adult rate. Children ages 13 - 17 must be booked as adults to receive the golf package. Tee times are subject to space and availability. Stays that combine golf and non-golf package rates are only allowed to book their included tee times during the portion of stay paying the golf package rate.

Moon Palace Spa & Golf Club: located at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resorts. This beautiful golf course features 27 holes, it is a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course that operates under the All Inclusive Format.
Riviera Cancun Golf Course: Located only 10 minutes east of Cancun international airport, this beautiful and challending golf course features 18 holes, it is a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course operating on an European Plan for food and beverages (this means Food & Beverage are not included with the green fee).

Either of these golf courses could be utilized by using the following payment methods:
1 - Using Palace Resorts incredible promotion "Resort Credit". Guests will be responsible to pay operational fee's equal to 11% of the green fee value, the fee is per person per green fee.
2 - Using the Unlimited golf promotion (in exchange for resort credit) guets will be responsible to pay a cart fee of $USD at the Moon Palace Spa & Golf Club and $USD at the Riviera Cancun Golf Club. Cart fee is per person per green fee, Cart fee concept doesn't apply to reservations made before Dec 01/2012.
3 - Taking advantage of the Unlimited golf package: Guest will be paying a supplement per person per night on top of their nightly rate and by paying this supplement they keep both resort credit and they get unlimited golf, this supplement is coevering for them the operational fee and they will not pay a cart fee.
