PLEASE NOTE: The days leading up to Easter is a special religious holiday in the Dominican Republic, known as " Semana Santa" ( Holy Week ). There will be no water sports or tours available as of the Wednesday and until Easter Sunday. All casinos and discos will be closed as well. Please refer to our brochure or your calendar for Easter dates. Full payment is due by EBB (Early Booking Bonus) DUE DATE. Please check the
pricing screen on your booking, your invoice, our website or the brochure. Full
payment will be due 45 days prior to departure for clients NOT taking advantage
of EBB rates. EBB MAY BE APPLICABLE, PLEASE CHECK FOR DUE DATES. Please be advised that guests flying into Gregorio Luperon International
Airport in Puerto Plata and staying in the Samana area will experience a
transfer time of approximately 3.5-4 hours from the airport to the hotel on the
day of arrival. On the departure day, transfer time will increase by
approximately 2-3 hours to ensure guests arrive at the airport with enough time
to check-in for return flights. Effective immediately, Air Transat will require that children under the age
of 18 carry a letter of consent signed by both parents, the other parent, their
legal guardian or custodial parent for each and every trip within the Dominican
Republic if they travel with only one parent, unaccompanied, or with other
acquaintances. The letter must stipulate the destination and duration of the
intended trip!
