Full payment is due by EBB (Early Booking Bonus) DUE DATE. Please check the
pricing screen on your booking, your invoice, our website or the brochure. Full
payment will be due 45 days prior to departure for clients NOT taking advantage
of EBB rates. EBB MAY BE APPLICABLE, PLEASE CHECK FOR DUE DATES. Please be advised that guests flying into the Juan Gualberto Gomez
International Airport in Varadero and staying at hotels in Havana will
experience a transfer time of approximately 2 to 2.5 hours from the airport to
the hotel on the day of arrival. On the departure day the transfer time will
be increased by approximately 2 to 3 hours to ensure guests arrive at the
airport with plenty of time to check-in for return flights home.
All passengers visiting are required to pay CUC$25 cash departure tax
locally when departing the country. This is not included in the cost of your
holiday.

> The judges official schedule is: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 hrs to 16:00
hrs, in case clients decide to have their ceremony
outside this schedule they must pay an extra cost of $150.00 CUC.
> The couple should be at the hotel, at least three days before the wedding
celebration.
> Cuban marriage certificate will be sent to the country the couple reside in.
