The price was excellent...

Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful Christmas vacation.  The price was excellent, I watched the different fares and jumped at this particular package as it came up.  We were more then happy with the pre trip information that we received, which eased my nerves as this was the first time I have ever booked anything online.  The SkyService flights were excellent, friendly staff and great service!  We were greeted by a friendly Signature Vacation Rep. at the Mazatlan Airport who welcomed us and provided us will all the information to make our trip more enjoyable.  She was readly available to answer any questions throughout our stay.  The El Cid Castilla Beach was a wonderful resort with great staff, good service, where we felt very safe, and welcomed.  I cannot begin to explain how much this trip meant to all of us and wanted to let you know, your company the people and service has allowed us to have a memorable trip filled with much pleasure.

It was a very relaxing holiday and we enjoyed it immensely.

Well we have returned from our trip to Cuba. My wife, Gisele, and I had a great time. The Iberostar Tainos was very comfortable, very quiet (the way we like it), very good staff, all very friendly, the room was great also, as we had the only view of the ocean. It was a very relaxing holiday and we enjoyed it immensely. We met many people from all parts of the world and our pictures will keep reminding us of them.  So thank you. We will be thinking of this holiday when we return in February via Signature and Skyservice to Hautulco, Mexico.

Amazing Vacation

My boyfriend and I have returned from an amazing vacation at the Barcelo Marina Palace in Varadero Cuba.  This resort was everything that we expected and more. The staff was always friendly and helpful and we made many friends that we will never forget!! I spent my birthday at the resort and the staff made my day extra special!! We were fortunate enough to have 6 of our family members travel with us to enjoy this wonderful experience.  Our travel party varied in age with the youngest being 7 years old and the oldest 75. The waterslide was a huge hit for my nephew (oh yes and the adults too).  There was always something for everyone to do regardless of age.  One of the highlights of our trip was our day excursion to Havana. This is a must see for all that travel to Cuba.  Our Signature rep at the resort booked the tour for us and she provided us with all the information that we need to make this a great excursion.  All of the Signature Vacations staff was great while we booked our trip.  They always had answers to any questions that we had.  We are already talking about our return trip next year for a romantic getaway for just the two of us!  We will be going back to Barcelo Marina Palace, and we will be looking forward to dealing with Signature Vacation and Skyservice next year!!  Thank You Signature Vacations!!
