Start your vacation the moment you book with the NEW Signature Vacations Care-Free Cancellation Waiver for departures November 1, 2009 onwards.

For a nominal fee, you can cancel your Signature Vacations travel arrangements up to 24 hours prior to the time of your scheduled departure for any reason.

The Care-Free cancellation waiver is not refundable and must be purchased on the same day you make your travel arrangements. When a cancellation is made 45 or more days prior to departure on a file with Care-Free coverage, the regular cancellation penalties of loss of deposit will be refunded based on the original form of payment on file.  When a cancellation is made between 1-44 days prior to departure on a file with Care-Free Coverage, the regular cancellation penalties will be refunded in the form of future travel certificates, which are redeemable through the original booking agency. The Care-Free cancellation Waiver is not applicable to files cancelled within 24 hours of departure.  As per our standard cancellation policy, if the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate.  The Signature Vacations Care-Free Cancellation Waiver is not applicable to groups of 20 or more passengers traveling together.

Future travel certificates are non-transferrable and no name changes are permitted.  Future travel certificates must be used within 12 months of the issue date.  Future travel certificates can be used on any Signature Vacations products, there are no black-out dates or restrictions.  Certificates must be redeemed on reservations made a minimum of 60 days prior to departure.
